Dr Sanko was amazing. My appointment was ahead of schedule so I got right in as I showed up half an hour early. Staff was very pleasant and friendly. The ultrasound tech was super nice. I think a lot of people take quiet as rude, and none of the staff were rude. They were quiet and professional. Dr Sanko worked really well for last minute things. It was originally a hysterectomy consult, but then he added in my PAP, a biopsy, and even an ultrasound since I had to drive two hours to be seen. And staff was STILL on time. This OB office is a stark contrast from the one Guthrie and Arnot have. Guthrie? Rude, snarky, high turnover. This is a very disorganized and understaffed office. Dr. McKnight is great albeit a little dismissive of certain concerns, but I seem do constantly have issues with the administration. My last appointment there, an appointment was made but they did not tell me that it was for the Henrietta office rather than the Pittsford office that I normally go to. They were very good about allowing me to still be seen but it left a bad taste in my mouth. I also never received any notes or a call back on lab work from that appointment. I have since moved away, and getting me records from them has been akin to PULLING TEETH. I am required to print out a release form and fax it to their office so they can review it and send all my records over to my new office which is not close. I did that. Heard nothin

I can't speak on the other doctors at this practice, but Dr. Sanko has always taken great care of me and has never once been dismissive about any concerns I might have, which is very important to me. I can't imagine trusting anyone else. His nurses and assistants are also phenomenal.

I really don't enjoy giving bad reviews. I have been a patient of RGOA for years, and I have no complaints about Dr. Sandruck or the nurses there. But, the front desk staff has to be some of the most un-friendly people I have ever met. Doesn't matter if you call or are there in person, they all seem like they would rather be doing quite literally anything else in the world. At my last appointment, I was "checked in" and then sat in the waiting room for 50 minutes before I finally walked up to check if I had my appointment written down incorrectly, and I was met with an attitude, like I shouldn't be confused or concerned it was almost an hour after my appointment time. There's a lot of negative reviews on this page about the front desk staff being rude— I can earnestly state that this hasn't been my experience. They've been extremely polite and pleasant to me, both over the phone and in person. If it was an issue in the past, it doesn't seem to be an issue anymore. I recommend RGOA highly. All of the staff here is lovely.
