UR Medicine Pharmacy – Strong Ties Outpatient Pharmacy

Have been dealing with them for years. Started getting delivery after COVID. I am disabled and can't get around like I once could. They have always waived The copays which is great. The problem is in order to get your medication delivered, you have to send it back paperwork that comes in your bag instead of signing with the delivery driver. This becomes a problem when there is no convenient outbound mail nearby. The closest mailbox I know about is nearly as far away as the pharmacy is. They refused to deliver my last order because I hadn't sent any of this paperwork back to them. They also insisted that they had told me about this issue months ago, which they hadn't. They brought it up to me just last month, I have not had on opportunity to get to a mailbox yet. So they refused to deliver

Security is very weak here and have had dangerous situations almost every time I've gone. Filed complaints with the U of R but nothing has been done. Plenty of parking. Psychologist Resident was a quack. Literally asked me what medicine I should be on....?
