UR Medicine Pharmacy – Strong Memorial Hospital Outpatient Pharmacy

Normally I would give them 5 stars because they are a good pharmacy, but yesterday morning the pharmacy delivery guy came to my house & he scratched my door up with his key.I wasn’t even home, we watched him on the camera footage because my neighbors filed a noise complaint on me & my leasing office thought it was me. They had to go back & watch the camera footage, thats messed up he shouldn’t have done that. Glad it was on camera because my leasing office was going to cite me.

Just so everyone knows, the UR Medicine Pharmacy is the same as Sherwood I. Deutsch Pharmacy. It's right off the main lobby and open 24 hours. Service is slow at times but overall good.

Hard getting in and out of... in hospital lobby, in highest traffic hallway, nearly knock grannies over leaving everytime. No free parking, parking garage required to access. Fine If you are already at the outpatient to pickup sameday scripts. A different entrance would make sense on a side hall.

What's so hard for this pharmacy to give me my meds the day it's due? They say I can't come till 31days for a 30 day script. I think they need to go back to math class bc they forgot when or where to start their count. And this happens contantly especially when they don't have my scripts and I have to wait. I always have to explain to them i got my meds late the last 2 months so it's simple just start counting the day I got em..duh...so if it Feb 28 that's the 1st day and with that being said I'd be getting em on March 27! NOPE!!! not the pharmacist whose to proud to admit he's wrong, he'd definitely make me wait till the 28th and again I'd have to wake up with out my medicine. Guess I'm gonna make a note in my account this time so no one's confused again!!!!

So Far they've Ben one of the the Best pharmacies I've dealt With in my 43 Years on medications. There prompt and stay on top of things and the delivery Driver is Very Time Oriented. Like A Grandfather Clock..... Lol, I hope he reads this!!
