UR Medicine Pharmacy – Highland South Wedge Pharmacy

I had issues with another pharmacy so I decided to go to the U of R pharmacy, they put me with Southwedge and I called them and I was put on hold for 2 hours. We can't seem to leave messages at this particular pharmacy and this is a extremely sad disappointment. This pharmacy through the U Of R needs to update their phone system, add additional phone number, hire more staff, return phone calls in a reasonable time frame when the PCP contacts the pharmacy on behalf of the patient. Possibly they need to be opened up for business on Saturdays until noon. The communication style that this pharmacy has with their clientele; being with the University of Rochester medical I thought that it would be actually better than what it is. I have not happy. The people at the South Wedge Pharmacy a great! Each time I call they have my information in a second and are able to respond to my questions quickly. Plus The delivery staff is fantastic!!

I love this pharmacy so much , very nice delivery team and the people on the inside is very sweet as well. This the only pharmacy I use and will continue too

This pharmacy is really good and they deliver just about every where I'm so glad I switched to this pharmacy I definitely recommend them and communication with them is top notch as well weather they email or call you to setup your delivery or pickup

I have been here for years now hoping that issues would be resolved, but despite the incredibly kind people who work there, I have been much worse since I started here. First issue: the driver who delivered my meds was told to call a number I gave him for them to sign for meds because they never give a delivery time and would get angry when I wasn’t there. I even left a note on the door for him to call the number in case he lost it and explained that I work and cannot be there to pick them up all the time unless it’s scheduled. When I talked to them about the driver, I also mentioned that some meds were missing from my pack, and then wouldn’t take responsibility for the driver being continuously rude to me, and also said that it was impossible for meds to be missing, even when I opened the
