UR Medicine Pharmacy – Highland Hospital Outpatient Pharmacy

They are very efficient. They can easily access MyChart to be accurate and monitor script conflicts. Finest pharmacy in my experience.

I’ve had excellent customer service here. My doctor is at this practice, so communication between pharmacy and doctor is great. I tried switching to another pharmacy that was closer to me, and had long wait lines, scripts never ready, and poor customer service. So I transferred back here. Love that they deliver! Only negative is limited hours, no weekend hours. Wish they were open for a few hours on Saturday, thus the 4 stars instead of 5.

Rude customer service and they also don’t participate in any plans to help their customers save money! If you want to be charged full price for medications here versus going to Walgreens or CVS( come to find out if I would have transferred my prescription to Walgreens I would’ve saved $45!!) then by all means keep letting these people ROB YOU! Oh yeah and that guy on the picture on the website( I’m assuming is the owner or supervisor) never EVER ASKED ME WHATS WRONG!! He asked his rude employee was SHE OK!! AVOID THIS PLACE!!

I ordered my medications Wednesday morning, cancelled all my plans waited all day and they never came. Waited all day Thursday they were a no-show. Called them Friday morning so I can pick them up they said my prescriptions were out on the road for delivery, so I canceled my plans for Friday. I waited all day Friday still didn't get anything called them an hour before they closed and they told me that my meds will be delivered on Monday. So now i have to go to whole weekend without taking my medicine and without my meds I can have a seizure or a severe asthma attack. But they don't care!! they have poor bedside manners!! They are Horrible!! This is the second time this has happened to me.

I give these people so much credit for dealing with patients who have the most challenging personalities I have ever seen. I walked in to ask where suite 100 was and there was a patient screaming at an employee with short dark hair for whatever reason and the way she kept her cool and her calm tone of voice completely caught me off guard. She looked rather young to be able to keep herself so calm in a situation like that. She managed to diffuse the situation like a pro too!
