This was my second time at this facility for a surgical procedure in the last 2 years. We drive over 2 hours each way to receive care here and will make the drive again and again whenever needed for our family. Yet again they exceeded expectations - from checking in with the front desk staff to the attentive, kind and caring nurse to the anesthesia nerve block team to the surgery and recovery team - every step was filled with excellent communication and clear, concise, and efficient care. This is an exceptional facility filled with kind, caring and excellent health care team members. I was glad to see that nothing had changed in terms of exemplary care since I was last there when it first opened. Thank you to all for your exceptional care and service!

Place is a joke, fraudulent insurance billing !!!!! I went there recently for help with my foot after a 2017 crash, had a few surgeries here in Syracuse, they gave up so I tried here, I drove almost 2 hours each way, I shouldn't have to be in pain. I DONT want pain meds, that was the 1st thing I said , i want my foot fixed, i made that clear !! Lil boy dr came in for about 5-6 minutes TOPS, looked at old xrays & records with me, had a few suggestions then dr Champagne came in for less than 3 minutes & told me " we usually dont jump right into surgery, wear shoes 24/7 unless in bed or shower, call back in a month, set up another appt & we will talk about a CT scan, then another visit to talk about scan. Attentive, clean, & spacious, cute cafe they have and even though we arrived a little late, the appt. was still kept and we got the care we needed. Thank you!

Dr. Dubina is fantastic, very informative and explains everything in a way you’ll understand. He made sure we didn’t leave with any questions and urged us to reach out if any questions came up. Front end staff and nurses were also wonderful and kind. The office itself is very clean. I highly recommend.

No one ever answers the phone nor calls back if a message is left. In addition, their ability to “schedule” is a joke. You will be a MINIMUM of 30 minutes just sitting there for your appointment. Likely it’ll be longer. This happens Everytime. And to make it worse, when you finally get brought back to a room, be prepared to wait there for another undetermined amount of time. UPDATE: Back again for follow up. So far, just sat in the exam room going on an hour now. Oh and don’t try contacting Patient Services, because they will ignore you too! I’d strongly advise finding ANY OTHER place to be seen unless you feel like wasting hours of your time any time you need to be seen
