I have always been taken in right away. No long wait times. Very attentive and listen to my concerns and my symptoms. Unlike past neurologist I've seen i dont feel dismissed and un cared about. This staff has genuinely showed im not just a number and that they are dedicated to helping me with my daily chronic migraines.

I was seeing a neurologist that told me my migraines were anxiety and so i decided to make the 3 hour drive and it is totally worth it. Dr. Kong has created a treatment plan for me that completely transformed my life. I went from daily headaches and 4-5 migraines a week to 1 migraine day a week. I have never had a doctor take so much time to really figure out what was going on. I knew I was in the right place when the exam rooms had dim lighting. Highly recommend coming here!

For procedures the latest you can be is 10 mins per their policy. I was a few mins late and could have been clocked in at 10 mins late at the point of being checked in. The front desk girl did not seem to be informed of the policies and had trouble also finding my appointment in the system. With guidance from the other associate she found my appointment and debated with me about my lateness to the appointment. I reminded her that I was still technically on time. She called my provider who also said at this point that I was late. I instructed her to bring the provider down and she had clocked me in as late at this point. The provider took her word and said there was no way to take me unless I came back 7 days later. Also stating that the particular service was only offered on Fridays. A tot

Have been quite helpful in my minimizing acute headaches..Dr Schwartz is attentive and helpful. Always quite a wait, once I am brought back , though. Overall, a very good headache treatment center..
