I see Dainelle Kich, NP, and she is the best. Whenever I see her, she listens and has excellent advice; she keeps me healthy. What more can you ask for? The rest of the staff are wonderful, too. The building is immaculate, and the waiting room is large, so you aren't crammed in with other people who could be contagious.

I have been coming to this location as long as they've been open. Ever since the only MD they had there left several years ago, there are only NPs handling patients and I have had nothing but issues with their lack of experience. In October of 2024, my boyfriend went in with what he knew was pneumonia because he's suffered asthma his entire life and has had pneumonia more than a handful of times. They did an x-ray and refused to give him antibiotics for over 5 days while they waited for the x-ray results. Two days after visiting the doctor, while he was still waiting for x-ray results, he was half dead on our bedroom floor, and I called Upstate Community emergency department and was told to bring him in immediately, which I did, thankfully. Even though my first visit won’t be until after the new year, the women i spoke with on the phone to schedule for me to see Elizabeth Cerroni was so nice and helpful. it’s so refreshing to hear genuinely kind people especially receptionists in medical offices (since a lot of facilities have rude receptionists) . Looking forward to getting my care here as a couple of people i know also recommended this facility to me.

Went recently for a CT Scan and the staff was kind caring and very professional! I had my results within a few hours.

This place is a joke. They refuse to let me change to my married name for two years almost. They want documents I’ve never had ANY place ask for. It was easier to change my name through all government agencies than this fly by night doctors office. The only reason I stay is doctor Torpey is the best doctor you can find. The nursing staff is a joke. They had one nurse for doctor Torpey that was amazing but she left and now the office is worse off. I’ve had an appointment cancelled TWICE with no call just an email. I’m having serious medical issues that require testing not just an emergency visit and I can’t even get them to take it seriously. If I could give this place negative stars I would. I called it a joke and that doesn’t even cover it. They keep trying to pass me off to any of the do
