Upstate Orthopedics

The lady Christine whom I believe to be a receptionist was very nasty . She spoke to me as to if she was the physician. Her tone was not to professional. I had to record my call for my own safety and protection. Terrible customer service she had. I would not recommend. I had questions on why I had to take two X-rays and wanted to know from the doctor what was the reason she refused to put in a note and hung the phone up . I will be sending recording to the board/director of upstate making a complaint.

Great professionalism, at the main intake desk, the X-ray and the nurse who took me to the pt. room to see Dr. Sun at Fly Road location. Love those guys, they are so caring and knowledgeable at 0700!!!
