My fist time calling, I was asked to be placed on hold as I said sure no problem. 24 minutes later still on hold only to hear them pick up the phone while the receptionist chat amongst each other and then hung up on me immediately.

Well I thank everyone for the honesty in their reviews and appreciate the fact the "company " hasn't removed or tried to justify the negative comments (and their are more than a person would expect) I Have a situation to where I need a second evaluation/opinion very quickly. after having surgery yesterday which the surgeon couldn't finish leaving me screwed for 3 months minimum. And and the reviews here have helped me Make a decision and it's been much appreciated. I've had enough BS and need somebody that knows what they're doing..

dr e is the best dentist, if you experience high anxiety, stress, panic is the one to see, unfortunately he is always booked. This is one reason why i have now more phobia going to this office, as i felt as ease with dr e now he dumped me to someone else.

They continually call and cancel my kids cleaning because the hygienist isn't in. Getting an appointment is impossible. They also took X-rays for my son and then said no one was there that could read them so we would have to come back to get X-rays again. Nope.

I highly recommend everyone file complaints with the RRH, the NYS Attorney General, and the NYS Department of Health. Reviews mean nothing, which is why the service does not improve. This place should be under investigation. Rachael, the dental hygienist, does not honor scheduled appointments. Instead, she will call or send a postcard with an appointment time that suits her best. She even advises to ‘ignore any automated messages about your appointment,’ essentially conveying that she doesn’t care about your needs or schedule.
