UHS Pharmacy Vestal

Quick and efficient, never had a problem with the staff they all seem helpful and kind.

The majority of my experiences with UHS Vestal pharmacy have been with out issue. Unfortunately, three of my last 5 visits I have had the displeasure to have same tech waiting on me, a younger person with multi color hair. Each time she has been the most rude disrespectful person I have dealt with that UHS employs. She is a disservice to your organization, to the point I am tempted to change pharmacies. Once can happen, the times is unacceptable. From her curt attitude to snarky comments, she is not someone who should be at the front of your organization.

Changed 2/21/26 down from 5. Wow, downhill. Waited 15 minutes in line. 7 to 10 people in line whole time. 1 cashier. 2 pharmacists. I guess go back to cvs. I drive this far for service. Defeats that plan. Awful.

Twice this place has billed me for meds I didn't get. Today I show up to pickup medicine which was supposed to be ready yesterday and they stare at me like I have 2 heads. I wait 30 minutes to get my order. I ask what took so long and I was told there was a line out the door and they didn't have time. There had only been one other customer there for 15 minutes. The whole watch (and can hear every word) of 4 women behind the counter gossiping and doing nothing. Why aren't they focused on their work? I am about done trusting these people with my life.

Excellent care given to us all! I go out of my way to get there because the closest local pharmacy is but their pharmacy is problematic. Hospital pharmacies are the best!
