Dr Singh is wonderful. The office is busy at times but she makes you feel like she’s present in your visit when you know she’s got a lot going on. My daughter likes her and is always willing to listen and follows up with concerns and is proactive about treatments. Would highly recommend her!

Our baby is only 2 months old, so we’ve only had a handful of appointments so far. Up until now, we had no issues — the receptionists have always been friendly and the nurses are wonderful. Unfortunately, what happened at our most recent visit has completely destroyed my trust in this office and especially in Alison, our pediatrician. My husband and I had decided to delay the Hepatitis B vaccine for our son. We made this very clear at birth and again at his first two appointments, both of which are documented in his chart as “Hepatitis B refused.” We were not refusing vaccines altogether — we just didn’t want him to receive that one yet. At our son’s 2-month appointment, we discussed the vaccines he would be getting that day. Alison listed them one by one: DTaP, Hib, Polio (IPV), Pneumoc

Dr Singh is very inconsiderate of other's time. Almost every time I've had an appointment, she rescheduled. And the call always came the day of. One time I was rescheduled THREE times before seeing her. This last time after having this very important appointment ( 1 year shots) scheduled for 5 months, she did it again, so I had to change my daughter's Dr. & her appointment got pushed back another 6 weeks. There's has never been apology from her for her inconsideration & the inconvenience that she causes. Being a Dr does not mean thst your time is more important than mine. Do better.

I'm sad to say, but we'll be looking for a new pediatrician office. We LOVE our provider, Ali- she listens and is very thorough. Nurse Paige has also been an incredible help and I was impressed with how well she followed up with us when my daughter was having eating issues. One star for Ali and one for Paige! The front reception staff is quite unfriendly. There is a 15 minute grace period for appointments. My husband and I were ten minutes late bringing in our second child (a newborn), as she had need for a rather intense diaper change urgently before we left the house. Newborn parents can relate! The staff said things like "You just made it- barely- watch yourselves next time, we will NOT reschedule." For newborn parents, this was so frustrating. It's called a "grace period." We're doing
