UH West Avenue Convenient Care

Walked in and was seen within 10 minutes. They worked with me not having insurance and even gave me a good rx card to receive a percentage off on my prescriptions. Treated me so nicely and fairly and made my medical problem feel seen. I felt very listened to. And not judged at all. Prescribed me just what I needed and I feel so great now! I really appreciated them all, I would come back to them for any problem I have again in the future.

I just took a whole point at work to come to this place and they're closed. The hours on Google are wrong as well as the hours posted on their own window of their business. I don't know what's going on here but you guys seriously need to get it together. Please post accurate hours. Your sign clearly states January through March hours. It is April 5th. people take off time from work to come and see you guys. It's 4:30 pm right now . At very least update your hours .

Friendly, genuinely caring, and super informative staff. I was in and out in an hour. A wonderful resource for the uninsured (and nervous). I greatly appreciate everyone I came in contact with and would highly recommend.

I am very impressed with this urgent care! My 11 year old had to come in tonight. The woman at the reception desk was nice and helpful. Our nurse Mike had fantastic bedside manner, and made my normally nervous daughter feel so relaxed and at ease! He had both of us smiling and laughing! Our doctor was also helpful and kind! I’d never been here until tonight, but we will definitely be back the next time we need an urgent care!

This was seriously the nicest emergency/urgent hospital place I've been to in such a long time, probably ever or since my teenage years. I haven't had a Nurse or Doctor in a emergency or urgent care type environment who was so kind,and informative and who actually wanted to know what's up or listen to you or explain in such a long time, and they were everything great,kind,patient,helpful,caring. Oh and so fast like so fast like get you in as soon as possible fast,30 minutes is nothing compared to 12 hours in a waiting room at the emergency room. Literally just a perfect place ,kind,warm,friendly,fast ,for sure they will help you to the fullest. Wish I could give 10 stars. -Jenny
