I have Special needs Daughter,Shawna, her primary care Doctor referred her to Tallmadge Family Eye Care for eye exam the staff was Amazing very patient and kind. Several eye test were done the Care and kindness shown to Shawna, was extraordinary by all.Dr Michelle's expertise ,exam and patience was extremely spot on. Shawna tried on glasses had help picking out the ones that looked the best! We left feeling very good and happy❤️ Will recommend Tallmadge Family Eye to all our friends. Dr. Michelle was so kind and patient with my nervous five year old at his first eye appointment. She took the time to explain everything and answer all of his questions and make tests into games. We had a great experience and he is ready to go back next year. Everyone was kind and made it a great experience.
A-1 100% POSITIVE VISIT!! Everything was right on time, professional staff, thorough!! Dr Michelle TOOK THE TIME!! Time that health care needs to have taken. I didn’t feel like I was rushed like an assembly line. I know all too many people don’t go to the eye doctor very often, and I’m guilty as charged….but I’m glad I went, and had it ALL checked! PS I am NOT a relative, I’m a genuine client, stranger to all of them! I’ve written this because it’s true.
I have been coming here for years for annual exams, contacts and eye glasses. Great knowledge, service, and very helpful! I got new glasses and they have helped with adjusting them to fit my tiny face. I’m glad they are close by in Tallmadge as well!
Best place to go and have your eyes examined. Great staff and the dr is fantastic. Listens to all u have to say and is very helpful to you.
