definitely do not recommend. They rushed me in and out in about a total of 10 minutes. Everyone was rude except the front desk. I told her I was having a migraine stomach pain and I was having heat flashes and she told me pick one thing to get treated for??? And also told me well you came here after telling her I did not want a shot?? The Kent location is very friendly and does a great job. Won’t be returning

Outstanding. Masks provided were of good quality. Facility was clean. James at the front desk was friendly, understanding, communicative and compassionate. I neglected to get the name of the NP but she was equally as impressive. Only thing I would change is being able to get a text before you're scheduled to go back so that you can wait outside if busy during a heavy virus season. (This note comes after observing someone very ill who kept pulling down her mask to cough & sneeze.) Recommended, but it's first come, first served so try to go as early as you can, if possible.

If you have minor issues going on and need care, this is the spot. I was in and out in about an hour and 10 minutes. All the staff was nice, and I was treated by Melissa who was friendly & listened to everything I had to say. Depending on how many people are there, might be more or less of a wait but definitely beats the 10+ hour wait you'd have at the actual ER at a hospital! Parking is super close, and waiting & treatment areas are very clean. I'd come here any day over going to the ER. Definitely recommend.

Walked in on Sunday 12-7-25 at 3:50 pm to have my hand looked at and was turned away, was told not taking anymore patients for the day. Bad thing was, someone walked in the door 30 seconds before me and they were accepted, the facility doesn't close until 4:30 pm, and I was turned away. My hands broke by the way, went to Akron General. I'm going to switch my health care to their doctors.

Currently sitting here in the urgent care with my grandfather that tore ligaments in his knee. We are in the lobby with 10 people currently and since we have been here one person has been called back. If you are need of serious help do not come here. Terrible service absolutely worst I’ve ever seen. Should be ashamed. Just an update. It’s been an hour and a half still haven’t been seen. Everyone in this practice should be fired.
