Great experience. I’ve had 5 visits now and James has been very professional and helpful. He takes plenty of time to explain what muscles are tense or inflamed and what you can do about it in your own time. Highly recommend!

By far one of the best massages I have ever had. I came in with severe tension in my neck and shoulders, and Elizabeth was incredibly skilled at working out the knots without it being uncomfortable. It was a very focused and therapeutic session. Highly recommended.

They have signs throughout the space reminding you that it’s a tip-free business & that takes the guess work out of the experience & will definitely bring me back more regularly!!

1000% recommend! At 33 weeks pregnant I was a bit hesitant to get a massage but knew that it was the only thing that could help with my back pain. Elizabeth made me feel so welcome and was very knowledgeable about prenatal and postpartum massage! The pain in my back has subsided a ton and I’m much more comfortable now! I will definitely be returning ASAP!
