I wish there was a 0 star option on this rating, because frankly that is what I would give them if I could. The PA, Stephanie Behrens, who saw my daughter, is absolutely terrible at her job and obviously hates it as well. She was extremely rude to me and my daughter, and did not listen to anything we had to say. I took my daughter in to see a doctor because she has been sick for a few weeks now, with a cough that is not resolving. We waited for over 50 minutes and when we finally saw someone, the medical assistant proceeded to tell my daughter how she was feeling, tell her the symptoms she was having, and then gave her a diagnosis, which med assistants are not allowed to do. I felt really well informed throughout the process, and the team asked such thoughtful questions that I felt confident in the care plan. Barbara’s team was kind, professional, and incredibly reassuring. I truly appreciated how attentive and supportive they were!

I went here a couple of times this year. On both occasions the service was fast, friendly and professional. In response to another review, I wish I went here for the tick bite that caused my Lyme. Other nearby clinics waited for the blood test before providing upfront anti biotic treatment. Antibody test came back negative, so no anti biotics and my undiagnosed Lyme disease was allowed to progress to an emergency visit several weeks later!

The worst experience ever I had drive 1h30 hour to see the dermatologist and seating outside for 1h30hour for the dermatologist telling me something that I already know she didn’t even scan my skin to know what of skin I have and what products is good for me. They are prosposing me I don’t need a proposition I need to know what the cause of it.if this I experienced everyday is call a doctor then everyone can be a doctor

Reading several of the other reviews I was hesitant to go there for the x-rays my physician had ordered. It was nearly 6 o'clock and the receptionist at my physician's office had told me that it would be a good place to get x-rays since they were open until 8. The environment was clean and typical of what I would expect for a walk in. Emily, who greeted me, was friendly, courteous and kind. She also served as my gentle, guiding X-Ray tech. From the moment that I walked in until I left, everything was smooth and efficient. It barely took anytime period I would actually recommend this facility based on the very positive experience I had there.
