Overall great experience and communication. I was referred to this office by a friend. I was checked in promptly, registration was very simple. The ladies took the time to show me the collection of glasses. Beautiful range, not outrageously priced either. They were also very knowledgeable about my estimated out of pocket. The doctor seemed to have many years of experience. He was able to explain everything to me with ease as I had a lot of questions.

Flawless experience from top to bottom. Dr. Chris was incredibly thorough and patient with a complicated prescription until it was just right. He listened patiently and alleviated my concerns with his interpretation of my vision troubles. Very happy with the glasses, and I received wonderful care and good energy from everyone in the office. Be Careful! Their office told me that they were in my insurance network (Anthem Blue Cross,) but after the appointment, it turned out that they were NOT, so they charged me $250 for an eye exam I could have gotten at Lenscrafters for free!
