Veterinary Emergency Center

My 16 old Brooke Brookie brooks was vomiting for 2 1/2 days I spoke to the local vet she recommended Emergency Veterinary Services in Canton. That’s all it took. They took blood test, ultrasound X-rays all was good sent Brookie home first n only dose of meds and no more vomiting. She had diarrhoea after for 2 days and then today she was better hasn’t eaten too much but hydrating n patience. The staff is caring, knowledgeable and family.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 I can’t say this enough — this is the best place to go when your furry friend is in distress. We’ve come here several times, for both small issues and more serious issues, and every experience has been wonderful. From the moment you walk in, they create a welcoming, caring, and compassionate environment. The staff is communicative, responsive, and truly empathetic. We recently had to put our dog of 14 years to sleep, and during this difficult process, they gave our family the time, space, and support we needed to say goodbye. One detail I really appreciate was the small sign and candles in the lobby — when the candles are lit, it means a family is saying goodbye, and everyone is asked to be more quiet in the lobby. My cat was not eating or acting himself so we went down to Veterinary Emergency Center. The staff at the center is phenomenal. I dealt with three people that morning. Dan was the vet who is very knowledge and took his time to explain what was going on. The two woman at the desk were so pleasant and handled everything so professionally. My wife and I both commented that we haven't heard/seen customer service like that anywhere else. Biggs is on the mend, getting better every day and is back to snuggling with his buddy on the couch. He saved my Rotties life 1.5 years ago after he ate an article of clothing that ended up severely damaging his intestines. It's amazing he is alive and I am grateful for every day I have with him. He recovered quickly and has been doing so great ever since. Thank you so much.

Everyone was super helpful and kind. From the front desk to the medical technicians to the Veterinarian. Theodore can be very nervous especially when not feeling well and he was treated so nice and shown medical care with love. All my questions were answered without being rushed and helped me to make the best decision for how to proceed in Theodore’s best interest. It was especially nice to even get a follow call the day after to check in on my pup. So rare to find this quality of care these days. Thank you!
