UConn Health Medical Services in Simsbury

Have had many wonderful experience here. From my PA -Meredith Bertrand being an amazing listener and supportive during some frustrations with medical challenges I’ve been experiencing to all the staff at the front desk being so kind, entertaining and sweet toward my son during a scan I had done last minute. I have also had many bloodwork experiences here that have been easy and smooth. I appreciate all the work you do.

Their new office is beautiful, new and clean. The front office staff is incredibly kind and helpful. I love my podiatrist, Dr. Hussain. She is professional and also down to earth. She explained everything in a way I could understand and made me feel comfortable and reassured when I was nervous.

I have been coming here since 2021 and I couldn't be happier with the great care team that I have. Dr. Lou has been an amazing PCP, she listens and you can tell she cares about your concerns and health. I also can't say enough about Meredith and Kerra who are PA's and they are so fantastic as well. The only thing preventing me from giving 5 stars was the one and only time where I felt a urgent call back was needed and it took quite awhile for someone to get back and to where I had already had taken myself to the ER.

Always had good follow up and now that Dr. On maternity leave until February there are 2 doctors who are filling in. I have been going for about 5 yrs. As I was getting older I found my other replacement and o talked past each other. Dr yu speaks with both daughters and have e good relationship

The doctor here misdiagnosed me first. Then I was told my next step is to meet with another type of service. That I needed to. UCONN did not and refuses to code the service correctly. I now have an almost 300 bill that does not even apply to my deductible. I did not not need to go to this service either. It was very unhelpful. I will never use UConn health anything ever again. They are all about making money off of people who get a disease they couldn’t prevent. It’s disgusting and immoral. I don’t think I could work for this organization either if I knew I was taking advantage of people who almost died and now live with a serious condition. Be careful with their billing office!!!
