I had Alex in my most recent appointment, I believe, and everyone there always makes it a seamlessly comfortable experience. Each appointment is catered to the patients needs, regardless of if that's teeth goals or comfort and needing to rinse. I would highly recommend Dixon Orthodontics in Simsbury.

Dixon Ortho has been servicing me for three years! They are very friendly and help you understand the process and answer every question! Kate was especially kind today and made sure I was going home with no discomfort!

Everyone is always friendly and the place is super clean. My family has been going here for years and everything always turns out perfect. Ana is the best, she always knows my name and is super caring and funny. I wouldn’t recommend going anywhere else!!

Both of my kids have been treated by Dr Dixon and he has done an amazing job for both of them throughout the process starting with early visits to help us know when the kids should get braces put on. One of my children had an accident and knocked out a tooth and Dr Dixon worked very closely with our dentist and the oral surgeon to arrange the best care and determine how to adjust orthodontia to handle fewer teeth. I was so pleased with their care that I am using Dr Dixon to re-straighten my teeth as they have started to get a bit crooked and crowded as I've aged. Dr Dixon knows me and my kids by name and asks after them when I visit without them. The office staff has always been very flexible in scheduling appointments and caring for one of our kids who visits more than one office.
