I have been here before and loved it but today I came in with a serious shoulder issue and Sarah worked it out for me. She was incredible and I immediately booked another appointment. She’s amazing. She listens to your needs and caters her massage to what you need. My shoulder has never felt better. This is a great place.

A couple of months ago I joined the YMCA and started working out for the first time in my life. Being a 39 year old overweight and out of shape guy, this was long overdue. I decided around the same time to try a massage for the first time ever and booked an appointment with Simsbury Therapeutic Massage & Wellness. The owner, Greg, was very nice and accommodating on the phone and booked my first appointment with Jean. My primary goal was relaxation, but being new to working out I was looking for a little pain management as well. Jean was fantastic! She really put me at ease and focused on my goals. I had a massage today with Feiona and it was incredible!! She immediately found the knots in my back when other people have had trouble. She confirmed with me during the massage if she had found where my pain was, and then asked about pressure which I greatly appreciated. I walked out feeling great!!
