And so goes this practice down the drain, along with most others. I was so glad to get in with Dr Waddington but found it impossible to actually schedule with her. Some of the PA’s were wonderful, but every time I or a family member would get comfortable with a provider they would be gone to another office. There is no follow up, and as wonderful as Dr. W is, medical staff can often be overworked and things get missed and patient care goes out the window. Not sure what the solution is, but such high provider turnover and difficulty scheduling and poor- to-no follow up needs to be addressed. Not an acceptable outcome for any patient to expect from their provider no matter how highly recommended the doctor has been.

Dr. Rachel Gilbert is one of the most unprofessional providers I have ever met. At our first, brief meeting, she was extremely rude and condescending to me. She was very uncomfortable with several of my routine medical conditions, and even mocked me at one point, causing me to end our appointment, and report her to her superiors as well as the state medical board. Her scattered employment history, along with her lack of knowledge of basic medical conditions left me feeling very uneasy. Multiple states, multiple positions, and her bedside manner all add up to poor patient care, and explains her poor treatment of patients.

$375 just to for an ear infection. Yes that’s correct. Absolutely crazy! I went in saying I felt like I had an ear infection and needed antibiotics. They looked in my ear for all of 15 seconds and agreed I had an ear infection and prescribed antibiotics. Then $375. That’s all I have to say. Complete rip off and price gouging. DO NOT GO HERE.

I have no clue what the other reviews are about . I’ve had a great experience here. All the doctors and nurses have been great. I’ve had no issues with staff.

If I moved to the Figi Islands, I'd still come here for Dr. Waddington! The best, hands down, doctor on the planet!!!!!! And Debbie, in reception, is TOP NOTCH!!!!
