The worst experience ever I had drive 1:30 hour to see the dermatologist and seating outside for 1:30hour to see the dermatologist . She is telling me something that I already know she didn’t even scan my skin to know what type of skin I have and what products is good for me. They are prosposing me I don’t need a proposition I need to know what the cause of it.And this my experienced everyday if this is what call a doctor then everyone can be a doctor.

Waited almost a year for an appointment that was a referral. Just for the provider to cancel my appointment randomly that is in November, it is September. Called to reschedule and they can’t see me until April of 2026. I really would’ve thought they would prioritize appointments that they cancel with no explanation, especially when I’ve already waited almost a year for this appointment, clearly I was wrong.

This office has generally rubbed me the wrong way as most of the staff are condescending & rude. But, my last interaction with this group was so atrocious I feel the need to warn others of their complete lack of empathy and abysmal communication. As a patient who comes in for regular yearly skin checks and occasional other needs, I was unaware (albeit uninformed) that a prescription that I still had multiple refills on had lapsed. Upon request from the pharmacy, this refill was then denied with no follow up or information. It took the office 4 business days to deny. Once I realized it had been denied, I reached out only to be ignored. I watched the numerous attempts by the front staff to reach my doctor pile up in mychart, only to be neglected. Dr. Jenna Bordelon Kelsey, MD Is one of the absolute worst doctors that I’ve been to in my whole life! Waited forever to get to this appointment, to end up meeting a very neglectful doctor! I was telling her what to do, she gave me no information about anything she’d do or say to do, advised me to just take minoxidil without even telling me the side effects of it and so much more! awful experience..

I went here with a few skin issues. One of them was a nickel size rash on my neck. The PA assured me it wasn't contagious and proceeded to touch the rest of my neck after touching the rash. My whole neck is covered in a rash now. I'd have been better off not going. Hopefully the prescription she gave me for the original rash will work. Not pleased.
