I came here for rehab after my second total knee replacement. I highly recommend this place. The staff is friendly and capable, and listen to any concerns. Kathy and Kevin were great. They both encouraged me to push myself a bit past my fear on the stationery bike. Kevin showed me a technique to back pedal half rotations first to loosen the knee muscles; then I tried a full rotation peddling frontwards. I surprised myself that I could push past the pain by these small attempts, their encouragement, and my own stubbornness.☺️

I had a total knee replacement surgery I’ve been coming here for 5 weeks this is a great place to rehab. The staff is great make you feel welcome and they are very good at rehabilitation and next year when I have my other knee replaced I’ll be back.
