TruCare Living Centers Palestine

Recently, I learned my uncle who was a patient at Tru Care was suffocated with a pillow by one of the employees. The management will not give us the name of the employee or the repercussions the employee has endured since the incident. We trust these employees to care for our loved ones. We are heart broken.

Trucare Living Center is a wonderful facility for living your life with excellent medical care. There are more facilities at higher cost, but I am satisfied with the quality service you receive here.

I always said I would not put my mother in a nursing home until I could not take care of her by myself anymore. Mother had Alz and got to that point she was 94 when I had to get her more help. The True Care staff was absolutely a God send . They were so very good to mother. When mother passed they let us stay with her as long as we wanted. If your to a point you need help with your loved one this is the very best place.

Good attention. I was concerned about my brother’s water intake. We were there with him most of two weeks and no one tended his water. They had water in a large container with a straw in it. It was not conducive to him handling it, especially when it was full. There was a smaller cup they had brought from the hospital, which he could handle. I kept this cup filled for him. No attention was given by the staff to either cup. On the last day we were there a staff member came by and put ice in his large cup and we informed her that Mike didn’t want ice and asked about the water. She said she was in charge of another hallway and had just learned she was charged with Mike’s hall as well. One week with no attention to water in that hall. My mother was a resident until we had to move her closer to me. I would like to thank all the staff for the great care that she received while living there. Thanks for being so caring to all your residents.
