After being so positively impressed by the staff and facility at the South Hadley office when I took my son there, I really did not think that could be matched. However, the Enfield office did just that during my daughter's appointment there. Both kids loved the surprise gift they gave them. Dr. Smith and his staff are all so professional and friendly. It would be great to see other businesses adopt the way the operate. We love everything about his offices.

Back in the early 80's my children needed orthodontic work and my dentist at the time highly dentist recommended R. Scott Smith. My dentist told me he was the best of the best and he guaranteed me that I would be 100% happy with him. My children went into braces along with myself, the mother whose teeth were a mess. My children teeth are just beautiful and they have brought their children to Dr. Smith. Two of my grandchildren have completed treatment and two are currently under going treatment. The best part of this review is that I was 35 years old when I went into braces. My teeth came out gorgeous after treatment and I faithfully wore my retainer every night until I lost it about 10 years ago. My teeth started to move and I went back in to see Dr. Smith. My wait time was only a couple of minutes. The office is very well maintained and comfortable. Dr Smith and his staff are warm and friendly but professional, and give great results that LAST. Even though it's been many years, we are still invited to make an annual recheck to ensure that any issues or concerns are quickly addressed. They are the best!!
