Tree of Life Rehabilitation

This place has gone downhill. It used to be a great place for residents and the food was amazing. Now not so much my mother had to wait over 3 hours. Some ice water which I think is ridiculous and she said her breakfast this morning was horrible. The grits were very lumpy and distasteful I think they can do much better with the simple service there especially with the food taking care of the resident should be number one. No matter how little they ask, it should be always taken care of especially if they ask for something simple like a glass of ice water

My husband has been admitted several times over the past few years and I've found the staff very friendly and helpful. Physical therapists are very patient and encouraging. Clean environment

I had my wife in surrey place for physical therapy per our doctor and was prepaying the cost a month ahead, she then had to be put in the hospital for treatment of blood clots, I have been trying for 5 months to get them to refund my 40.00 dollars and all I have been getting is the run around. They gave me a number in New Jersey to call but those people will not answer the phone. E careful about having money dealings with surrey place nursing home.

Love the friendly staff. The inside and outside is very well kept. My memaw is there and she is happy and well taken care of. The maintenance department is top notch, especially the assistant maintenance man, Fred, he is a great guy and hard worker. I highly recommend Surrey Place Care Center.

I was happy to wait for an opening to be a resident for the second time at Surrey Place. I am a physician, former chief of staff of a hospital and other pertinent credentials that qualify my opinion that this is an outstandingly great place of its kind. There is abundant staff to assist you and quick to answer your questions. In addition, student nurses rotate here and that alone is a strong recommendation of its quality. I personally have known the attending physician (Dr. S__) for years and he is very competent and qualified. This is a pretty and pleasant place inside and outside, well landscaped with pleasant pathways for enjoying nature as you walk.
