Higgins and White Dentistry

It was my first time to our new dentist. Everyone was friendly & professional. The receptionist was welcoming. Taylin was very competent & nice. Dr. White was also friendly, quick & efficient. I think I am going to be very happy with this practice!

Caled for a new patient appointment with immediate issues to address without insurance. Very helpful staff worked me in the schedule in just a couple of days. No insurance wasn't an issue at all and the cost was quite reasonable. Excellent overall visit. The staff was both professional and wonderful to work with. I will recommend them to anyone in need of an excellent dentist

Dr Higgins and his staff were wonderful. I was taken back on time and Dr Higgins didn't rush me. I was given options to address my issue and with no pressure. Happy to have had a friend recommend his office.

Saw Dr Higgins. I lost a 30 yr old filling on Saturday. I called for an appointment on Monday and they scheduled it for that Wednesday. I explained when I asked for the appointment I needed work done immediately. Being new to the area, his high ratings were a big factor. I just left the appointment. I was asked to pay $155 before seeing the dentist. I thought that was odd. The dentist came in, looked at the tooth and gave options. I selected extraction. He left and sent the young girl back in to send me to an oral surgeon. I asked why leave me in pain!?! All she said was that the dentist had called in 2 wks of antibiotics for me & gave me a referral paper for an oral surgeon. I told her that I needed something done ASAP and I am in immense pain! This was my 1st appointment at this office. It was a 1pm, right after they reopen from lunch. I was taken back within a few minutes. They completed 1 set of scans then we went to a room. Everything was modern including a TV to watch. They completed xrays. She had to retake a couple because the mouthpiece moved alittle. But she wanted them right. All good. And, she was able to complete the cleaning this trip. The dentist was great too. She explained a few things about what I was doing to my teeth and what to do about it. Everyone was great and they take my insurance.
