Publix Pharmacy at Live Oak Crossing

I had the pleasure of meeting the Pharmacy Manager who was able to help me with some of the problems I was facing. She was so sweet and so very helpful! I will most definitely recommend my friends and family to go to Publix Pharmacy for their awesome customer service!

Pharmacy review, odd, right? This pharmacy is amazing. They’re usually well staffed. The folks behind the counter are super friendly. I’ve rarely had more than a few mins waiting while going through the drive-thru. I’ve had prescriptions called in that they didn’t have on hand, but they were able to get it same day.

I moved to Live Oak. Florida about 3 years ago, and prior to moving here I also used Publix Pharmacy at my previous address in Brandon, Florida. I have experienced so many issues, far too many to list here, but the bottom line is something is definitely wrong at the Live Oak Pharmacy. I have used Publix Pharmacies my entire adult life as the main source to have my prescriptions filled. No pharmacy is perfect, but I could always count on Publix as the best place to have my prescriptions filled. Unfortunately, since moving to Live Oak, Florida this is no longer the case with my many negative experiences. For some reason, this particular Publix Pharmacy is unable to get certain various prescriptions in a reasonable timely manner. Many times previously I would ask when my prescriptions w

I must say! The drive thru is my favorite! I will admit I would have done the drive part itself differently but now I just go all the way around the building to get to it but it saves me from turning left. Backing up. Possibly turning around again & then get to go thru the drive thru part!! All the pharmacy people are great but for questions, ask for Betty Jo!!

Andrea and April are the BEST! They always go out of their to help us, so much so that we drive from lake city just because of them :)
