Great experience, easy checkin, prompt assistance, everyone was helpful and cheerful. I went in because my primary care facility couldn’t see me until next week and suggested I go to the emergency room for something simple. I think I might have found my new primary care facility. Five stars for everyone working today.

I am in town visiting my mother and had an issue that needed attention. She recommended going to MainStreet Family Care to be seen. Me visit was awesome, easy to register, check in. Nice waiting area with free coffee and other drinks. The wait time was short. When it was my time to be seen I was greeted with a big smile from the nurse. I explained what this issue was, she took my vitals and brought in the Nurse Practitioner Christi to further exam me. Again when greeted by Christi, she greeted me with a big smile and was very thorough in her examination. All in all it was a great experience and I would highly recommend if you need to be seen this is the place to go. One last note, I needed a prescription and they were able to get it filled during my visit saving me a trip to the p

I recommend MainStreet for urgent care. From the online appointment, check in, and treatment I was treated professionally and with attention to my needs. I received fluids and medication. Left feeling much better picked up my prescriptions and I’m recovering at home. Thank you Ms Tammy NP and staff for your kindness I appreciate you!

The Dr assistant/nurse and Dr were both had fabulous bedside manners. It probably helped that I was the only patient in the building today. Fastest, most efficient Dr appointment ever. I will definitely go here again if needed.

I went over and my experience was 100% positive! I was in and out, even with xrays, in under 45 minutes. It took a few minutes to sign in, but after that it was a breeze. Everyone was very professional & helpful. I was diagnosed, received my prescriptions & sent on my way! Very appreciative! I would recommend Mainstreet Family, for sure!
