TPC Advance Technology

I bought this light assembly about 3 months ago, it broke thru normal usage. I ask them to replace, they said it's out of warranty, 3 month. I have other light assemblies, they are 15 year old, and still going. TPC made low quality items, they won't stand behind their products. You reader can make your own judgment.

We bought 4 Laguna chairs earlier this year. We REALLY regret doing business with TPC. We should have opted for better brands like Belmont, DCI etc.

Informo que compré un equipo completo "LAGUNA 2000" , repentinamente dejó de funcionar el sillón, hasta este momento hablé con una persona llamada "ALFONSO" para ver lo de la garantía y previo le mande una camara intraoral con su monitor que tambien falló, el cual nunca me regresó. El costo del equipo es elevado y necesito le den seguimiento profesional a mi problema....... Veremos como responde la compañia... Sugerencias??? y sigo informando!!! A cuatro meses deseués de haber planteado la inconformidad, NUNCA me respondieron , ni se hicieron responsables del equipo que está casi nuevo!!! Salió defectuoso. Yo en lo personal no volveré a comprar ésta marca por ser tan poco profesionales e irresponsables. SOLO PERDI MI DINERO
