AP Urgent Care - City of Industry

We brought our kids here and were very disappointed with the care. A younger female doctor initially saw our kids, but then an older female doctor (around 40–50) was called in. She introduced herself as the person in charge and acted as if she was the authority over everything in the clinic. Her attitude was unprofessional and aggressive. She refused to listen to any input from parents, insisting only on her own opinions. She seemed to focus solely on speaking with the children, completely disregarding concerns we raised. This doctor was rigid, controlling, and dismissive, forcing parents to accept her judgments without explanation. Neighbors had warned us about her behavior, and sadly, our experience confirmed it. I had a very pleasant experience at this location. I was seen in a short amount of time and the provider was very thorough with my visit. The staff was friendly, answered all of my questions, and made the process seamless! I have been to quite a few urgent cares in my lifetime and none were as smooth of an experience as AP Urgent Care City of Industry location.

I went there on Christmas Day; they had full staff, I was seen within 15 minutes, and they were open from 9 AM to 5 PM, so I want to start by saying I truly appreciate everyone who was working on that day. Not having to go to the ER and wait for 12 hours was really convenient. The one missing star is for the provider I saw that day. I’m reading in another comment that she’s caring and gentle; my experience was far from that. She was talking so fast, not letting me finish my question, trying to finish my sentence, and coming to a conclusion quickly, despite not having anyone else in the waiting room, and the whole visit didn’t take a few minutes. I was given a referral and let go, but I take it as it was Christmas Day, and by showing up for your patients on that day means a lot already.

All is good...I got this Urgent Care from my health insurance agent Amelia.. the receptionist nurse lab doctor or NP ( I was in pain so not sure what I was heard) were notice my pain n served me as quickly as they can... and very surprise they called after a week to check up on me... good job and thank-you.. keep it the good work !!!

I have been to this place twice in the last two months. The first time experience was not great. Like other reviewers said, the front desk people were rather rude, the middle age lady nurse was making accusations saying my medical condition was not urgent, and threatened to refuse service, the short asian lady doctor also treated me like I was an ignorant child with an unprofessional attitude and without any explanation on my medical condition. The wait was also like more than an hour. So, that was the first time which was rather bad. Today, I went there for the second time. To be honest, I didn’t have any expectations let alone high ones.
