Kings Two Dental

We called this company to fix a leaking water valve on our three-way syringe and they ended up breaking the entire delivery unit and then try to patch it together with tie strips. They assured me that they would fix the problem but they never did. After waiting patiently for several months to have them repair it we ended up having to buy the part at our own expense. Their technicians seem to be poorly trained and fairly incompetent. I thought I was dealing with a reputable company that would fix the problem that I had but ended up having a whole set of other issues as a result of their lack of knowledge of fixing our dental equipment. I definitely would not recommend this company for anyone seeking dental practice equipment repairs.

These guys went into my beautiful state-of-the-art office in San Dimas and in the process of servicing one of the dental chairs in the practice, the technician broke the cover to the control unit to the chair by cracking it. They told me that they do not have a way to buy A-Dec parts and that they would repair it once the new part came in. I had to order the A-Dec part from Henry Schein, and they ended up never reimbursing me for the part that they broke. To this day, I still have a dispute with them that is almost a year long. DO NOT do business with them; if something goes wrong, they will not take accountability and make it right.
