Dr. Hsieh and Nurse Practitioner Aaron are both amazing providers that give excellent personalized care. They really listen to you and take the time to make sure you're heard and all your questions are answered. Both providers take into account your concerns, thoughts, and personal circumstances when developing a treatment plan with you that fits your lifestyle.

I recently had my physical with Dr. Hsieh and wanted to give Dr. Hsieh and his staff a shoutout. They are amazing. I needed around three months of my meds before my summer travels (sorry for the late notice, Dr. Hsieh). Despite their busy schedule, his staff efficiently coordinated with my pharmacy and ensured that I had my medication on time. I really appreciated their attention to detail. Staff is mostly students, but they genuinely impressed me with their commitment to both patient care and personal growth. Waiting room was bustling on the day I went but staff was calling multiple patients in (I presume to get our vitals done) to get us seeing the doctor and out on time. Dr. Hsieh is one of the best doctors I've ever met--he is thorough, compassionate, and really listens to you. I was recently seen by him as I needed help with managing my health since I would be leaving the country and and Dr. Hsieh was nothing short of amazing. He is genuine and really wants nothing but the best for his patients and I'm grateful to be under his care.

Dr. Hsieh and Dr. Tea have been my primary care physician for almost 10 years. You are not a "number" or an "insurance claim" with them. You are part of there "family" I am a 60 year old male that has seen my share of Dr's. In my 60 years. Dr. Hsieh (pronounced Shey) and Dr. Tea have a passion to keep you healthy. I moved a little over a year ago about 30+ miles away from there office. My insurance was wanting me to find a "new" dr. in my area. I refused that and made the drive because THEY ARE MY DOCTORS. Unfortunately I have changed employment and will no longer be able to have them as my Physician's due to a different insurance. Avoid this. Completely the worse doctor and very unprofessional. I got reschedule 2x. The first reschedule is the employee made a “mistake” and didnt know the office is closed on 5/13/22. The second reschedule is the Nurse Practitioner had “unforseen” and unable to meet on 5/16/22. So they schedule on 5/20/22 and sent me a confirmation text. But they sent me another text message for 5/13/22 appointment. I felt like it is a scam. If i can give negative star, I would. If you are so happen get this doctor, avoid it and choose another one asap. Otherwise you will stuck in the appointment issue dilemma.
