Town Center Pharmacy

This is the worst pharmacy in Westchester. Have had several problems with them. Incompetent people behind the desk (literally Will ask me to spell and identify BASIC medication). Constantly running out of medication. Will say my meds are ready for pick up then will tell me it's out of stock when I go to pick up. Rude people. Terrible place. Do better. Go to CVS. Love supporting local businesses, just not this one.

Excellent local pharmacy—friendly staff and knowledgeable pharmacists who know their regulars and go above and beyond to make sure prescriptions are filled.

Town Center Pharmacy has stepped up and helped me locate medication when I have been unable to receive support from other pharmacies. Their staff has been empathetic, knowledgeable, and helpful in more ways than one, and I am incredibly grateful for their professional courtesy and kindness.

Remember how pharmacies used to be? Well some of us do and this reminds me of one of them. Its clean and the staff friendly. They say hello when you walk in and offer to help. They carry a nice assortment of things you may need for daily life. What really differentiates them from other big brand pharmacies is they feel like they are part of community and they really care. That care permeates in all aspects of their business where it does not in others. As a result their store is cleaner and just much more pleasant then any other big pharmacy in all of Westchester. The prices are always the same as bigger stores in the area with a lot less of that general malaise you will find in big pharmacies.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have never met a more incompetent group of people. Every single time I go to this pharmacy they mess up. I will call for a medication and they don’t know how to spell it, how to properly refill it, or even what the medication is (I’m on very common meds). They will charge you for brand medications when you can get other forms for free through insurance (will tell you the free one isn’t available). The front desk is rude and they don’t know anything about pharmaceuticals. The front desk has to go back and forth with the pharmacists because they don’t know any of the proper protocols (even transferring meds out of state). I don’t know about some people, but when I call a pharmacy I would like the person on the phone to at least know certain common medica
