I don’t usually write reviews, but the team here really deserves one. From the moment I walked in, Joanna, Amelia, Camille, and Erika couldn’t have been kinder or more professional. They were welcoming, patient, and made me feel genuinely cared for the whole time I was there. Dr. Hassan was fantastic: thorough, calm, and really took the time to listen and explain everything. You can tell he truly cares about his patients. It’s not every day you leave an urgent care feeling grateful, but that’s exactly how I felt. Thank you to everyone there for turning a stressful situation into such a positive experience. Highly recommend this team.

I had an excellent experience at the Urgent Care Center at WPH Medical. From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly helpful and kind. The front desk staff was welcoming, efficient, and made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The doctors were professional, attentive, and took the time to really listen and explain everything clearly, which I truly appreciated. Even the security guard went above and beyond to be helpful and friendly, which says a lot about the overall atmosphere of this facility. It’s rare to find a medical center where every person you interact with makes you feel cared for and respected. Highly recommend this urgent care

I recently visited White Plains Hospital Urgent Care and had an incredibly positive experience from start to finish. In a high-stress environment, the entire team went above and beyond to provide top-tier care. The Medical Team Dr. Bregman was truly excellent. He was thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel like I was in the best possible hands. Our nurse, Amelia, was absolutely outstanding—her clinical skills and attentive nature made a huge difference in our visit. I also want to give a special shout-out to the assistants—Joanna, Erika, and Swendy. They were all great: efficient, kind, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. Lastly, the registration clerk Camille was kind and professional.

I can’t say enough great things about WPH Armonk urgent care! I arrived just before they closed in a panic and the staff was amazing at calming me down and providing wonderful care. Dr. Tin was kind and thoughtful in her approach and recommendations. The medical assistant Joanna was wonderful! Both Dr. Tin and Joanna were able to provide me with specialist recommendations and speak to their and approaches which gave me peace of mind. I have visited WPH Armonk urgent care many times for myself, children and family members and have never had a negative experience. I would highly recommend the urgent care especially with their amazing staff!

I came in to the White Plains Hospital Urgent Care in Armonk today and every staff member was attentive and compassionate. Even the security guards acknowledged patients coming in and out to provide directions. The nurses and doctors had an amazing bedside manner! The diversity of equipment for examinations at this location is unlike any other urgent care I’ve been to! I was able to get an ultrasound and the results within the same day! The check in processes was streamlined and the wait time was reasonable. I really like that my information transferred over easily from my previous visit at a different White Plains Hospital location. It saved time explaining my medications and conditions. This location came recommend to me from my PCP and I also strongly recommend this location!
