CVS Pharmacy

Dana is an exceptional pharmacist — incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented. She truly takes her role seriously and always puts patient safety first, even when it’s not what people want to hear. That level of care and responsibility is exactly what you want in someone managing your medications. Most people have no idea what goes on during a pharmacist’s day, and the amount of pressure they handle is unreal. Watching people argue with someone who is working to keep them safe is honestly insane. Dana handles it all with professionalism and integrity, and anyone is lucky to have her looking out for them.

Head pharmacist was on & off phone, touching printers throwing garbage away and filling prescriptions with dirty hands...literally touching people's pills and prescriptions after touching everything else and not cleaning her hands. Watched the whole thing and then began taking pics. Place is disgusting & horrible service to say the least. If you care about your health and cleanliness, DO NOT GO HERE!

I forgot to renew a custom Rx that was not in stock. The staff (Stefanie) was SO helpful and was able to transfer the Rx to a CVS in Ithaca, which is where I was going, and I was able to pick it up there.

They did a whole remodel of the inside since I was last there which was probably over a year ago. It looks great and having the checkout area kind of centered in the front of store was a great idea, two self checkout lanes are easy and convenient. This review is for the CVS in Armonk NY.

I frequent this CVS quite often on my lunch break since I work at the White Plains Hospital extension nearby. However there have been multiple instances, as recent as today where I’ve been followed in the store and watched at the self checkout. When I say watched I mean the employees are literally standing right behind me as I checkout. When I complete my transaction that’s when they walk away. Is this in the policy? and if so why isn’t this standard being upheld for all CVS customers? Is it because I’m a black woman? It’s truly distasteful because I’m just coming here to shop as any other person. Not to mention I’m in my uniform (scrubs). Please do better.
