Tower Health Urgent Care - Limerick

I took my significant other here because he has been sick for 2 weeks and now short of breath. The staff was amazing the whole way through. I was able to sign him while they took him right back to be examined. Joanne was absolutely amazing, she was kind in answering all our questions concerns. She was honest with us on what to expect and if SPO2 got to low we were to head to the ER. Pneumonia is scary diagnosis. I can't say enough how kind and caring the entire staff was.

I typically have a decent experience when visiting this tower health but last night I had an urgent need and I was assisted with my emergency what so ever, the ladies were honestly forcing me to pay for a test that I had already paid for. Story time: I went to get a TB test Friday morning around 10am and I went back on Sunday and when I did arrive obviously frantic bc Ik they were about to close and I need this test done in order for me to get a job. I was not given a specific time to return just days when I Spoke to 2 woman front desk lady, Brenda and a MA. They told me I had to pay for another test in order to get my TB test when the results are plain to see that I tested Negative for that (No bump on my arm at all). I feel as though there could’ve been a better way to handle this proble

I’ve been treated here over the years for a few things - bad sinus infections, stitches for various family members, sprains, and other elements. Always been great, and the wait is either quick or reasonable.

I’ve been to this urgent care several times and always have a great experience. The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and they take good care of you. They even provide stitches if needed, depending on the severity of the cut. Everyone in the back is welcoming and makes the visit as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend!

Needed an X-ray and was sent here from another urgent care. Despite them being busy, they were super efficient and very patient and friendly. Very positive experience.
