PennCare for Kids Limerick

I have been taking my children here for almost 6 years and have never ever had a problem. I went to the same provider, Dr. Rozwat, that I went to when I was a child. He recently retired and we have gone through several Dr.s trying to find one that fits our family best, no complaints with any DR. At our most recent appointment with my 2 month old she needed 4 shots. I asked the nurse if there was someone who could help and she brought in another nurse. I wish she hadn’t. The nurse slowly pushed the tip of the needle through my newborns skin, you could see her skin pucker and then pop up when the needle finally popped through. She then dispensed BOTH shots painfully slow as she said “oh I know baby, this one burns” the other nurse had her shots done in a quarter of the time. I explained all

I have been taking my children to Penn Care for 22 years. I have never had any issues with scheduling appointments. Front desk is always helpful. We loved Dr Rozwat and wish him a well deserved, happy retirement. We see Dr Delvaney and Dr Siegle now and couldn't be happier.

Dr. Williams is AMAZING! We were seeing another doctor at the practice who I really didn’t care for and were considering leaving the practice all together. We saw Dr. Williams once and it was such a great appointment. So caring and knowledgeable. She really cares and has empathy for her patients. We will be staying because of her.

This is how welcoming their office is! Been my kids Dr a long time and we won’t be returning. They are very scared of Covid with their googles and mask and shield to really worry about what your child needs.

I have been going there for a year now. I love Dr. Siegel, she is amazing. But they are by far the worst to answer phones. When my son was born, I called so much to try to get him for his first check up and no one answered. I had to walk in and make an appointment because again, no one answers the phones. The lady at the front desk was so rude to me but another nurse stepped in and was nice. There are some very rude nurses too, like they show they don't even care. I do not want anyone touching my child with that attitude. I keep seeing complain about no one answering the phones and they respond that they are going to fix that problem, they don't. Again, if it wasn't for me loving the Dr we see, I would leave this penn care in a heart beat.
