Was calling due to instructions from the er and was met with a super rude nurse who took a conversation I was having outside our phone call personally then proceeded to threaten to hang up on me after being called rude and condescending by the nurse as well when my comment wasn’t directed towards her at all was directed towards my little brother the vibe of the whole situation was just horrendous
