Tower Health Urgent Care - Gilbertsville

The staff is incredibly kind at this practice. From the client service representative (unsure of her name), to the nurse Shannon, to the amazing PA Emma. I had a bite wound on my hand and was seen, treated, and discharged promptly. Despite working in the medical field myself, I have difficulty with needles and my own procedures. Everyone was very compassionate, explained each step, and made sure I was comfortable. I hope not to have to see Urgent Care in the near future, but would definitely go there again.

Staff at location was very kind. The provider not so much. Explained that I was leaving town the next day and needed antibiotics for a sinus infection. I get one every year at weather change and had all the symptoms. She absolutely refused to give me antibiotics to clear the infection so that I could leave as planned. Told me it would only take a week or two to resolve and was viral sinus infection. Never in my 61 years have I heard of a “viral” infection. I thought doctors were supposed to listen to their patients. This one certainly didn’t. Luckily I was able to get antibiotics from a friend. It’s no wonder they have signs all over the place about aggressive patients. They take your $90 and tell you you’re fine. I can imagine people get quite annoyed at that. I will not be returning to t

One evening recently I sliced open a finger while attempting to cut open a watermelon. My son took me to the Gilbertsville Tower Urgent care facility. I want to express how professional, courteous and helpful staff members are at this facility. I was immediately put under the care of Nurse Practitioner Michelle Fleming. She is an outstanding representative of her profession. She quickly stitched together the sliced opening on/along my finger while explaining to me what each step of the process would require. I was attended to rapidly, professionally and I strongly recommend this Tower location.

We had to go on Christmas Day, as our son was quite ill. Staff was kind, Professional & willing to help on the holiday. We are very thankful they were open!

Went on Sunday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised. In and done in 1 1/2 hrs. The rooms are clean, the staff are professional and it appeared to be efficient . They are apparently open 9:00 am to 9:00 pm 365 days a year. The dr was a CRNP and was professional and seemed qualified. Hope to not need it, but thankful to go again here if I do.
