Dr. Shollenberger had a terrible bedside manner. I arrived a few minutes after my husband and daughter started the consultation. They mentioned later that she came charging in without a hello or good afternoon to either one of them. When I came in she did greet me but did not seem interested in helping us get answers. Listen, being in a doctor's office is a source of stress and anxiety to begin with... Please consider the patient- especially in a pediatric office. We felt like an inconvenience. We all had a bad taste in our mouth after that session and quite honestly, would get a second opinion after that bad experience. I've been to this office with other doctors and never had such bad service. Being kind and patient goes a long way!

Love doctor Jessica Pajak. She’s great and very calm with our newborn. My older kids have been happy here as well. No issues. Wait time very short. Update: We love Gabby! She's been great with all 3 of my children.

If anyone on here is thinking about going to panda bear pediatrics, think twice. I will be switching my daughter to a different doctor immediately. I felt the need to post this to warn other moms. My 11 year old started with a cough and fever on Thursday night.. I got her to her pediatrician— they said viral. On Monday her fever was the highest it’s ever been, and I felt like it took a turn for the worse. My gut instinct told me bronchitis. Took her back to the pediatrician and she said “let her run a fever and if she still has a high fever Wednesday, bring her back in”. That didn’t sit right with me. On Tuesday, I called Panda bear pediatrics and said my daughter was getting worse, and I’m afraid it’s in her chest. They contacted the doctor, and she said to wait until Thursday. My mom ins

Nurse prescribed my child with a medication that is not recommended for children who are under the age of 8. My child is 5. They have her DOB which clearly states she is only 5 years old. This medication could have been so damaging to their body, permanently stain her teeth and the a nurse told me she should take it for 10 days. I will be leaving Panda Bear Pediatrics and will not recommend families to go to their practice.

Horrible. The front desk is the worst. We moved to a new area and they refuse to send medical records to a new doctor office. They told us to come pick it up even through we live far away from the office now. What if we moved states? Also the doctor is incredibly rude.
