I'm writing this review to thank Ryan DeLong, Patti, Josh, John, and the various interns that diligently worked with me through my PT treatments. Thanks also to Missy and Jenn for scheduling my many appointments. When I went for my first visit for an IT Band sprain, I was in serious pain from my left hip to my tibia and had a minimal amount of range of motion in my knee. The program that Ryan put together for me was various stretching exercises (10) that I would do consistently in the office and at home over the past few months. Friday was my last visit to Gilbertsville. I will now continue to do these simple tasks at home. I'm now at 90% recovered with the pain gone and my strength and range of motion restored to my knee.
