Tops Pharmacy

I've had it with this place. Ever since Rite Aid closed, they've been unable to handle the influx of patients. The prescriptions I've had to pick up for my wife are never filled in time. Today, I went to urgent care because I came into contact with poison ivy over the weekend. My visit ended at 1140 am. The attendant said they just sent it in. I go to Tops around 215. They claim they never received it until 1240 pm and I had to wait 45 minutes. I couldn't because I had pick up my infant daughter from her grandmother's house. I'm hoping I can get them today. I'm in a lot of discomfort. The staff are rude and lack any empathy. I'm seriously considering switching pharmacies and stores. The quality of customer service has gone downhill since COVID . PS- my wife went to get it when she got off

There is hardly ever a line at this pharmacy. Everyone is very nice. Tops pharmacy doesn't have an app but they do text.

I decided to change to Tops pharmacy because my friend likes it very much. So far, they are miles ahead of my previous pharmacy. I’m so glad I switched!
