Tom Thumb Pharmacy

The last 3 times I've had prescriptions sent here the service is awful! Simple pain med took 2 days to fill! Simple eye drops (that are required to be taken for 24 hours before daughter can return to school) took 24 hours to fill! The staff doesn't seem to dare either. You are not the priority. I asked if I could shop and the. Come back and I return after checkout 45 minutes later... they said it would be another hour! Terrible terrible terrible. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I have been coming to this pharmacy for quite some time now and they not only do their job but they also really care at a personal level. Most of them have been there for a long time and they actually are very helpful when you need help. I strongly believe the negative reviews are just due to misunderstanding and or insurance issues.

The prescription was filled as requested. My lower rating was simply for the lack of customer service. Even though it was my first time there, the instructions provided were given without any pleasantries or a smile. I actually made a small joke and the rep never acknowledged my attempt at friendliness. I am going to try a different location.

I have recently returned to this pharmacy after changing due to Insurance. I want to thank everyone there....Soloman, Lori, Steven, Joanne and Lisa for helping make an easy transition back. From transferring my prescriptions to learning the app, which wasn't in use when I was here before. Lisa has been a huge help with the app and learning the system. The previous Pharmacy was frequently unable to get my medication. They have been able to get them, even the difficult ones. Thanks again to everyone!!!! It's good to be back!

Called ahead to ask if my medication was in stock as it's frequently on backorder. The person I spoke with said yes it was, so I quickly contacted my doctor who called in the script in less than an hour. I called back again 6 times over the next 2 days to see if my script was ready for pickup, but nobody answered the phone after that initial call. When I dropped by in person to see if the script was ready for pickup, the person behind the counter told me no, and that they hadn't had the medication available for months now. A very frustrating experience overall.
