Peppermint Dental & Orthodontics - Rowlett

My dental hygienist Rosie was wonderful! She took time to make sure I was comfortable during the cleaning. The dentist was awesome he explained carefully his recommendations for my treatment as well. I haven't heard much about peppermint dental so I was pleasantly surprised of the excellent customer service!

One of the best first visits I’ve had to a medical office! They scrambled to get me in and scheduled due to some pain despite being a new patient. They prioritized my care and made me feel welcome. Special shout to Kayla who was super helpful and kind!

My dental insurance has changed so I had to find a different dentist. I am so impressed with Peppermint Dental from them scheduling the appointment and verifying my benefits to the preventive services by the hygienist Michelle and the dental exam by Dr. Lee. Michelle is excellent and explained everything completely. The receptionists are warm and friendly.

I am not a huge fan of going to the dentist. This location in Rowlett made me so comfortable! The front office staff were welcoming and kind. The hygienist Michelle,was gentle, thorough and talked through each step. Dr. Lee was very nice. Just an awesome office of awesome humans!

Sebastian was absolutely on his top game. He was kind, encouraging and in tune to my needs. As if that isnt enough, in all of my 60 plus years he completed my cleaning quickly with professionalism, gentleness, and thoroughness-prob the best experience I have ever had! When I return for my next cleaning, I hope I am assigned him. Well done Sebastian!
