AFC Urgent Care Rowlett

They are very quick with getting me in with having to call my insurance. I am only giving a 4 because she asked me to leave the review which felt off for an urgent care. Overall though, great experience, the doctor and assistant were very nice.

I am currently visiting the urgent care clinic, and Melissa was very friendly with me. She took my samples for tests and listened to all my concerns. Since my English is very poor, she was very understanding about it

Alphine is the best! She is very sweet and knowledgeable. When I have any issues, I always come here. The rest of the team is also sweet and helpful as well.

Everyone was very friendly. The lobby and exam rooms felt clean. There was plenty of availability for us to make an appointment and be seen quickly. The medical assistant, Melissa, was welcoming and efficient. Alphine Tuitoek NP was thorough, professional, and knowledgeable taking time to answer all of our questions. Very satisfied with the care we received.

Not my first rodeo with AFC but they are truly the best. The check in process with quick and efficient. Usually don’t spend more than 45 minutes in before getting the treatment that I needed. Melissa was such a gem as we discussed my ongoing symptoms and she treated me so kind and with care.
