I initially went in just to see what could be done about the bonding on my front teeth because they were honestly looking really bad and I felt so self conscious about them. I was super nervous walking in, scared of hearing bad news. From the moment I got there, every single staff member made me feel calm and reassured. Dr. Monica really listened to my main concern and didn’t dismiss how I was feeling. We decided that crowns would be the best solution, which made me nervous because I had no idea how they would look. I am not a person that goes out of my way to visit the dentist office. It is absolutely the last thing on my list of to-do's mainly because of the experiences I had as a child. BUT!! I can NOT sing the praises of this office high enough. They made me comfortable from the moment I sat in the chair. Checked on me, put on one of my favorite movies on. Then it was time to have the serious discussion. The Dr. listened, gave me options, went over step by step what we can do, could do and probably shouldn't do. But let ME make the decision. Love the actual dentist office, everyone has been great, but hate the answering service that handles the appointments/phone calls. They use a call service and you cannot directly get in touch with the office, calls are not returned and information is hard to get with the calling service, I have been waiting 4 days for an answer on when dentures are supposed to be back from lab for a wax fitting, original appt was on 2/18, and it was rescheduled because they were waiting on the lab, now I have no idea what it going on, when I called the number on website and got answering service they told me my dentures were ready to pick up and tried to schedule an appt to get them, when I explained what I was told on 2/17, she said "oops" let me check and see what's going on, I will call you back, still

Such a great experience at Rowlett Family Dentistry. Dr. Monica, Dan, Ava, and Liv took amazing care of me — their energy was truly amazing and made the whole visit feel easy and comfortable. I was really impressed with their technology, and they gave me the best, most clear overview of my dental health that I’ve had in a long time. You can tell they genuinely care. Highly recommend!

My first dental appointment in 14 years and I couldn’t have picked a better place. From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly welcoming and made me feel comfortable and at ease. The entire team was kind, professional, and completely non-judgmental! (: They were very time-efficient while still being thorough and attentive, explaining everything clearly and making sure I understood my treatment and benefits. Mackenzie my hygienist was so kind! If you’ve been putting off going to the dentist, this is the place to go. They made what I thought would be a stressful appointment a really positive experience. Highly recommend!
