First off, no one picks up at their scheduling department. Second, I called multiple times at this specific location's front office for the past week trying to set up an appointment because I'm in pain due to an accident. I let them know I needed to schedule an appointment and asked if they take LOPs. Not once did anyone in the office mention they do not take LOPs due to accidents. When everything was sent over and I followed up they said "oh maybe if you had told asked then we would've told you we don't take LOPs from accidents." The rudeness and unprofessionalism is ridiculous and they've wasted precious time for me getting care. I would've booked the appointment without the letter and just gotten reimbursed from the beginning if this was the case. Lastly, why isn't this something you wo

Very professional and did a great job and addressing what was causing my pain created a plan and was successful in fixing the issue. My pain level is the lowest it has been in years. I highly recommend them.

The Nurse Practioner Ms Billings is so attentive and up to date with all new pain medications and injections. Amber is great at front desk. I always feel better after a visit. Would recommend to family and friends.

I really like going to this office because the front desk is amazing. Amber is always helpful and wants to share her smile. The ma and pa are great and listen to you. I appreciate that they care about your pain and progress.
